Former local sportswriter Jeff Darlington has joined ESPN as a NFL reporter. He recently left NFL Network last month where he worked as a reporter from 2011 until 2016.
Darlington, a University of Florida grad, began his writing career with the Orlando Sentinel in 2004 as the University of Florida beat writer. He moved to South Florida in 2005 and was employed by the Palm Beach Post for one year as the Dolphins writer. Darlington then joined the Miami Herald as the Miami Dolphins beat reporter from 2006 to 2011.
