The Miami Heat lost to the Houston Rockets 121-118 at Toyota Center on Thursday night. The Heat have fallen in five of their last six games on the road.
Houston(37-25) had a 33-32 edge after one quarter, however Miami(27-34) moved to a double-digit lead and were up 69-55 by halftime. The Heat still were in front by double digits 98-86 at the end of three quarters. The Rockets outscored Miami 35-20 in the final quarter to win the game.
James Harden blasted the Heat with game highs of 58 points and 10 assists for Houston. Austin Rivers dropped in 17 points and Chris Paul added 14 points. Goran Dragic and Kelly Olynyk both had a team-high 21 points for the Heat. Justise Winslow scored 19 points while Josh Richardson put in 18 points.
