Grizzlies Run Down Heat

     The Memphis Grizzlies held off the Miami Heat 89-85 at FedExForum on Wednesday night. The Heat have lost two of their last 13 contests. Miami had their five-game winning streak and six-game road winning streak snapped. 
     Memphis(18-19) jumped out to a 25-22 at the end of the first quarter, however Miami(22-19) overtook them by halftime 47-46. The Grizzlies outscored the Heat by 10 points in the third quarter and moved ahead 72-63. The Heat went on a 9-2 spurt late in the fourth to tie it 85-85, but Ja Morant made a deciding layup with 1.2 seconds left. 
     Miami got a team-high 24 points and seven rebounds from Jimmy Butler. Bam Adebayo put together a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Duncan Robinson put in 13 points and Tyler Herro added 11 points. 
     The Grizzlies picked up output from Morant, Kyle Anderson and De'Anthony Melton. All three players had 13 points each in the winning effort. Melton also pulled down 10 rebounds for a double-double.
