MLB Network Hires Eric Hosmer

     MLB Network has brought in Eric Hosmer as a new baseball studio analyst. He will make segment appearances on many of their programs. 

     Hosmer played high school baseball with the American Heritage Patriots in Plantation. He was selected in the first round third overall in the 2008 MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals.  

     He played seven seasons with the Royals organization as a first baseman. Hosmer helped that franchise capture the 2015 World Series title and two American League championships.
