Panthers xxxxx Red Wings

     The Florida Panthers xxxxx the Detroit Red Wings x-x at Little Caesars Arena on Friday night. The Panthers have lost four straight games. 

     Florida(30-29-3) got out to a 1-0 lead with 8:54 left in the first period. Carter Verhaeghe centered the puck from the end wall and Matthew Tkachuk snapped a shot from the low slot by John Gibson for his sixth goal of the year.k
