Antwan Staley New York Jets Writer

Former Miami Dolphins reporter Antwan Staley has joined the New York Daily News. He will be the New York Jets beat writer for that newspaper next week.
Staley, an East Carolina University grad, covered the Miami Dolphins for six seasons with USA Today as The Dolphins Wire writer until February 2019. He also was a freelance reporter on the Florida Panthers from 2014 to 2016. Staley was a Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM guest co-host on their evening show alongside Josh Friedman, Greg Likens and Zack Duarte from 2015 until 2019. He also was a college football writer for Athlon Sports.
He has bounced around since he exited South Florida. Staley was a MLB.com beat reporter covering the Baltimore Orioles for several months during the 2019 season. He was a Carolina Panthers reporter in 2019 and 2020. Staley landed at the Tallahassee Democrat as the Florida State University beat writer in October 2020 and was employed there until recently.
