Florida Panthers Name Assistant Coaches

The Florida Panthers have announced their new assistant coaches to their coaching staff. They are Jamie Kompon, Sylvain Lefebvre and Myles Fee. Both will work under head coach Paul Maurice, who was hired on June 23.
Kompon spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach with the Winnipeg Jets where Maurice was the head coach. Lefebvre is recognizable for his 14-season National Hockey League playing career and winning the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche over the Florida Panthers in 1996. He was on the San Diego Gulls coaching staff in the American Hockey League for the past three seasons.
