Heat Clinch Division Over Sixers

     The Miami Heat clinched the Southeast Division as they rolled by the Philadelphia 76ers 129-101 at Wells Fargo Center on Thursday night. The Heat stayed in seventh place in the Eastern Conference. The Sixers remained third in the conference as the Boston Celtics wrapped up the Atlantic Division. 
     Miami(43-37) had a 41-31 lead at the end of the first quarter. The Heat continued their momentum during the second quarter and led 67-46 at halftime. Philadelphia(52-28) could not crawl back into this contest, and they were down 96-78 after three quarters. 
     Jimmy Butler burned his former team with 24 points and six assists for Miami. Tyler Herro also was able to pour in 24 points. Bam Adebayo and Max Strus both dropped in 14 points each. Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 21 points along with six rebounds.
