Marlins Slip By Phillies

     The Miami Marlins picked up a 3-2 victory in 10 innings over the National League champion Philadelphia Phillies  on Wednesday in Citizens Bank Park. The Marlins completed a six-game road trip and will host the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night.
     Miami(6-7) scored in the top of fourth to go up 1-0. Bryan De La Cruz singled into right field on a full count to score Luis Arraez. 
     Philadelphia(4-8) evened in up 1-1 in the bottom of the fourth. Brandon Marsh got a base hit through the right side and Nick Castellanos crossed the plate. Marsh extended his hitting streak to five games. 
    The Phillies took the lead 2-1 in the fifth inning. Bryson Stott doubled to the base of the right-field wall and Kody Clemens scored from first. 
     In the eighth inning, the Marlins tied it 2-2. Jorge Soler smashed a leadoff solo home run to left-center field on a 2-1 pitch. It was his fourth homer so far this season. 
     The Fish reclaimed the lead 3-2 during the 10th inning. De La Cruz knocked in Nick Fortes with a single down the right-field line.
