Greg Dobbs Resigns With Marlins
The Miami Marlins have resigned infielder Greg Dobbs to a two-year contract on Wednesday. He played as a third baseman and pinch-hitter for the team in 2011 hitting .275 with eight home runs and 49 RBI in 134 games. He previously was with the Philadelphia Phillies from 2007 to 2010 and won one World Series championship in 2008, two National League pennants and four Eastern Division titles.
