The Sports Brothers with Jeff Fox and Ed Freeman run as a weekend show at 640 Sports WMEN-AM ended in August. They joined the station earlier this year in late January. Sid Rosenberg Show producers Marc Eisenberg and Danny Garcia along with South Florida Sun-Sentinel sports writers have been hosting the bulk of weekend shows for several weeks.
Fox and Freeman previously hosted a show on two other Miami stations. They first
hosted a sports show on WTPS-AM 1080 until they changed their format. The Sports Brothers joined 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM and held the early afternoon spot at the station from
January 2010 until the end of 2011 when their contracts were not renewed.
They began hosting weekends on WAXY until they were promoted to a weekday shift.
