Former local sports host Dino Costa has left his position as the morning host at KFNS-AM in St. Louis. He joined that organization for his first show back in early March.
Costa once worked in South Florida 12 years ago. He was the afternoon host at 1400 The Fan WFLL-AM when the station flipped to a sports format in April 2004 until July 2004. He left when station management tried to force him to add Bruce Warner as a show co-host.
He had two other stints in the state of Florida. Costa hosted an afternoon show on WNNR-AM in Jacksonville from June 2003 to February 2004. He recently was a mid-afternoon co-host with Pat Paolini on WAOC-AM in St. Augustine from November 2014 until late 2015.
