Lakers Finally Win In Miami

     The Los Angeles Lakers finally won a game in Miami as they beat the Heat 131-113 on Thursday night at American Airlines Arena. The last time the Lakers were victorious in South Florida was during the 2008-09 season. The Heat fell to the Lakers for just the fourth time in the last 17 meetings.
     Miami(32-30) stretched out to a 36-33 lead after one quarter. It would be the largest margin that the Heat had throughout the contest. Los Angeles(27-34) outscored their opponent 40-26 in the second quarter and had a 73-62 advantage at halftime. The Heat cut the deficit by just one point after three quarters and trailed 104-94. The Lakers pulled away in the final frame with a 27-19 spurt.
     Isaiah Thomas had a game-high 29 points for the Lakers while Julius Randle added 25 points. Dwyane Wade was the Heat's leading scorer for the second straight game with 25 points. Goran Dragic placed in 19 points while Bam Adebayo compiled a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds.
