West Palm Beach Ratings December 2022

     The ratings were issued for West Palm Beach sports radio stations. The time period was from the second week of December to the first week of January. 

     Fox Sports 640 South Florida WMEN-AM rose from a 0.5 to a 0.8 in the month. They set an all-time high since the radio station flipped to a sports talk format in 2008. It matched their high in October 2016, November 2016, July 2018, January 2022 and May 2022. Florida Atlantic University football finished with a 5-7 record in 2022 and did not qualify for a bowl game this year. They has moved on without the Florida Panthers affiliate radio rights.

     Sports Radio 1230 The Gambler WBZT-AM ended up with a 0.2 for their fourth consecutive month. The Florida Panthers barely had a winning record this season. The University of Florida Gators football team had a 6-6 record and finished tied for fourth in the SEC East Division. 

     ESPN West Palm 106.3 WUUB-FM will see a slight change to their on-air staff in the future. It will be the final complete period that segment contributor and former afternoon host Evan Cohen will be on their airwaves.
