Todd Hollandsworth has been named the new Miami Marlins television analyst on Fox Sports Florida for the upcoming 2017 season. He replaces Eduardo Perez, Al Leiter, Jeff Conine, Preston Wilson and Carl Pavano who all split the job as Marlins television analyst during the 2016 season. Leiter worked between Marlins, New York Yankees and MLB Network broadcasts this past year while Perez announced games on ESPN in 2016.
Hollandsworth has previous work with Comcast Sportsnet Chicago as a baseball studio analyst for Chicago Cubs games since 2009. He worked with former Florida Marlins television play-by-play announcer Len Kasper on Cubs broadcasts for eight seasons.
He was a member of the Florida Marlins for only one season and he helped the franchise win a World Series championship in 2003. Hollandworth had a 12-year Major League Baseball career in which he played for eight different teams.
