The Miami Heat got by the Chicago Bulls 103-92 at American Airlines Arena on Thursday night. The Heat, who won their eighth straight home game, have been victorious in five of their last seven games.
The first quarter ended with Miami(41-35) ahead 29-21. The Heat maintained their lead 51-46 at halftime. Chicago(24-51) still were behind 78-68 after three quarters and trailed 91-77 midway through the fourth.
The Heat were led by Josh Richardson with 22 points and Goran Dragic with 17. Dwyane Wade had eight points against his former team while Justise Winslow fell short of a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds. David Nwaba got a team-high 15 points for Chicago. Bobby Portis, Justin Holiday and Robin Lopez had 13 points each.
