The National Hockey League announced the dates for the 2018 NHL Global Series. It will be the second year for the event.
The Florida Panthers and the Winnipeg Jets will play two games in Helsinki, Finland. The dates will be November 1 and November 2, which is three weeks into the 2018-19 regular season. Aleksander Barkov of the Panthers and Patrik Laine of the Jets are both natives from Finland.
