Jake Rudock Joins Dolphins Practice Squad

Quarterback Jake Rudock has joined the Miami Dolphins practice squad. He has been moved on and off the team roster several times in the past year. Defensive back Javaris Davis was released by the Fins.
Rudock signed with the Dolphins in January 2019, was placed on the practice squad and did not play a game during the entire 2019 NFL season. He signed a new deal in January 2020 and was released by the club on July 26. Rudock was brought back again by Miami in August and was cut again on September 14.
Rudock was with the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders and won the 2010 FHSAA Class 5A state title along with the 2010 national high school championship. He played college football with the University of Iowa and the University of Michigan.
