Heat Wipe Down Spurs

     The Miami Heat played at home for the second straight day and picked up a 116-104 win over the San Antoinio Spurs on Wednesday night at Kaseya Center. The Heat will conclude their four-game homestand versus the Boston Celtics. 
     The Spurs have the worst record in the Western Conference this season. San Antonio will not finish with a winning record in 2023-24 following their defeat tonight. 
     Miami(28-24) moved out to a 32-31 lead after one quarter. It was a low-scoring second quarter as the Heat were ahead 53-51 at halftime. San Antonio(10-41) got to the lead early in the third quarter, but they still trailed 78-77 at the end of the frame. The Heat scooted out on a 14-4 spurt to start the final quarter. 
     Jimmy Butler accomplished a triple-double with 17 points, 11 assists and 11 rebounds for Miami. Tyler Herro had 24 points and seven assists while Bam Adebayo placed in 20 points. Victor Wembenyama finished with 18 points and 13 rebounds for the San Antonio.
