Marlins Claim Josh Brown

     The Miami Marlins have claimed left-handed pitcher Josh Brown from the Cincinnati Reds. He is not to be confused with another Josh Brown in their organization who is a right-handed pitcher. 

     It is the second time that the Marlins picked up a player on waivers from the Reds. They recently got pitcher Justin Shafer. 

     Brown split his time with the Cleveland Indians and Miami Marlins in 2019. He played in six games, pitched in 4 1/3 innings and had two strikeouts for Miami last season.
