Scott Kaplan Joins KSPN-AM In Los Angeles

Former Miami radio talent Scott Kaplan has joined 710 ESPN Los Angeles KSPN-AM. He will start in that organization as their evening host on August 17. He recently completed a two-week trial earlier this month as an afternoon host at KSPN-AM.
Kaplan, a Coral Springs High School and University of Pittsburgh grad, was a sports anchor at 560 WQAM-AM during the late 1990s. He joined CBS Sportsline.com in Fort Lauderdale to co-host a morning show with Sid Rosenberg. The program was relocated to New York City because of its success and had WNEW-FM as their flagship station on a syndicated national network.
He moved to San Diego and has been based there for the past 19 years. Kaplan hosted programs with Billy Ray Smith on XETRA-AM and XEPRS-AM. He founded Sided.co and has done a YouTube talk show podcast since May 2019.
Kaplan has been on the national airwaves for National Football League games. He does sideline reporting for CBS Sports and Westwood One Sports.
