The Miami Heat lost for the second straight night on the road as they were defeated by the Milwaukee Bucks 104-85 on Saturday night at BMO Harris Bradley Center. The Heat will finish the four-game road trip at Orlando on Monday night.
Chris Bosh had 12 points and 16 rebounds in 34 minutes of play for Miami. LeBron James contributed 27 points, seven assists and six rebounds in 36 minutes while Dwyane Wade, who came off a one-game suspension, added 24 points in 35 minutes.
Brandon Jennings led the Bucks with 25 points and seven assists in 42 minutes. Larry Sanders got a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds in 31 minutes. Mike Dunleavy had 18 points, nine rebounds and six assists in 26 minutes as a non-starter.
Milwaukee(16-12) began the game on a 16-7 spurt and held a 25-20 lead after one quarter. The Bucks held a double-digit margin for most of the second quarter and led 56-44 at halftime.
Miami(20-8) blasted out on a 27-6 run at the start of the third quarter and had a 71-62 edge at 2:40. They led by the score of 71-69 after three periods. The Bucks scored 16 unanswered points through the second half and were up 78-71 with 9:42 to go in the fourth quarter. The Heat could come no closer than five points back as Milwaukee outscored them 35-14 in the final quarter.
