Former Beasley Broadcasting Miami executive Joe Bell has joined Brewer Media Group in Chattanooga, Tennessee as market manager. He was recently released by CBS Radio Miami in late July as senior vice president and market manager.
Bell first arrived in Miami in January of 'O6 as the general manager of Sports Radio 56O WQAM-AM and WKIS-FM. He was later elevated to market manager of Beasley Broadcasting in Miami. Bell was absorbed into CBS Radio when they acquired the three-station Miami cluster in December of last year.
He was once the executive vice president and general manager of WPTF-AM in Raleigh, North Carolina prior to arriving in Florida. Bell then joined Beasley Broadcasting in Fort Myers as the general manager of WJBX-FM before he worked in Miami.
