Phillies Blank Marlins Again

The Philadelphia Phillies shut out the Miami Marlins 4-0 at loanDepot park on Sunday. It was the second straight game that the Marlins were blanked by the Phillies. Miami(43-48) was held to just one run in the three-game weekend series against Philadelphia(49-43).
Both teams will be off after today's contest. The Major League Baseball All-Star Game break will happen over the next four days.
The Phillies scored all of their runs during the fourth inning. Alex Bohm doubled into right field for J.T. Realmuto to score. Matt Vierling followed with a double down through the left side and Bohm scored. Two batters later, Yairo Munoz belted a two-run homer to left field on the first pitch for his third home run of the season.
