Joe Raineri and Steve Zemach became the new morning co-hosts on 640 Sports WMEN-AM Monday. They replaced Sid Rosenberg who was let go by the radio station last week after three years in the position.
Raineri began at 640 Sports as an afternoon host when he took over for Steve White in November 2014. He was shifted to middays six months later in May 2015 as Hank Goldberg was elevated to afternoon host. The station dropped Goldberg in August and Raineri returned to afternoon drive. Raineri previously had a stint at WRMF-FM as a morning co-host for three years.
Zemach joined WMEN over three years ago and became an associate morning producer for the Sid Rosenberg Show. He would eventually be promoted to morning show producer. He previously worked as an afternoon associate producer for Sid Rosenberg on Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM. He also handled duties there as the Miami Marlins reporter. Zemach currently works as a boxing writer for OueensberryRules.com and did prior reporting for BoxingAsylum.com.
