Ryan Maguire has been named the new executive producer for the Chicago White Sox Radio Network at WMVP-AM and will join that organization on January 4. He recently was associated with the digital audio company SpokenLayer in New York City since April and had been a part of Barrett News Media as a columnist.
Maguire had worked in Miami as the program director of 560 WQAM-AM from May 2015 until February 2018. He left for Seattle to become the director of news programming for KIRO-FM from March 2018 to August 2019.
He was a program director for several radio stations prior to arriving in South Florida. They included WQSN-AM(Kalamazoo), WLBY-AM(Ann Arbor), WTKA-AM(Ann Arbor), WSSP-AM(Milwaukee), KCSP-AM(Kansas City) and KDKA-FM(Pittsburgh).
