Heat Take Down Celtics

     The Miami Heat completed the preseason with a 121-100 win against the Boston Celtics at FTX Arena on Friday night. The Heat finished with a 5-1 preseason record. Miami will host the defending NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night to begin the 2021-22 regular season.

     Boston started off great and led 34-28 at the end of the first quarter. Miami came back and pulled ahead 59-55 by halftime. The Heat remained ahead  87-81 after three quarters and then outscored the Celtics 34-19 in the final quarter.

     Tyler Herro dropped in a game-high 29 points for Miami while Jimmy Butler added 25 points. Jayson Tatum scored a team-high 23 points for Boston.
