Seminole Ridge Outlasts Park Vista

     The Seminole Ridge Hawks outscored the Park Vista Cobras 10-7 on Thursday night in Loxahatchee. The Hawks extended their winning streak to four games while the Cobras lost their second straight contest. 

     Seminole Ridge(7-1) was able to got on the scoreboard first with 1:02 remaining in the opening quarter. Hayden Gray connected with a 27-yard field goal. 

     Park Vista(5-2) took a 7-3 lead with 4:23 to go in the second quarter. Running back Jordan Clemons plunged up the middle from one yard out. 

     The Hawks reclaimed the lead 10-7 at the 8:38 mark of the fourth quarter. Quarterback Will Rimes sneaked the ball in from one yard away. The Cobras missed a 46-yard field goal from Carson Sapashe with 3.4 seconds left in the fourth to tie the contest.
