Grace Blazer has been named the new program director at 940 WINZ-AM The Sports Animal and News Radio 610 WIOD-AM. She replaces Ken Charles who left for the Clear Channel radio cluster in Sacramento.
Blazer comes from WTKK-FM in Boston which switched from a news/talk format in January. She joined that station back in 2007. Prior to that, she was the program director and executive producer at The Big Talker 1210 WPHT-AM in Philadelphia. Blazer began at 1020 KDKA-AM in Pittsburgh as a producer and was elevated to morning news editor.
