Anthony Duclair Injured

Florida Panthers left wing Anthony Duclair suffered an Achilles tendon injury recently during off-season training. He is expected to be out for at least four months and will miss the start of the 2022-23 regular season.
Duclair joined the Florida Panthers as a free agent last season. He compiled a career season-high 31 goals along with 27 assists for 58 points in 74 games.
He helped the club to the best record in the National Hockey League and captured the Presidents' Trophy for the first time in franchise history. The Panthers won their first postseason series since 1996 over the Washington Capitals in the first round. Florida won the 2021-22 Atlantic Division title and reached the Stanley Cup Playoffs in three straight seasons for the first time ever.
