Sean Burke With Vegas Golden Knights

Former Florida Panthers goalie Sean Burke has joined the Vegas Golden Knights. He will be the goalie coach and the director of goaltending for the team.
He was not on any NHL coaching staff during the 2021-22 season. Burke worked for the Arizona Coyotes for seven seasons as a goalie coach. He spent a couple of months in 2021 as the Montreal Canadiens goalie coach and helped them reach the Stanley Cup Final that year against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Burke played part of two seasons with the Florida Panthers in 1998-99 and 1999-00. He was the starting goalie in the Panthers first regular season game inside their new arena in Sunrise on October 9, 1998. He had a 23-29-14 record with a 2.70 goals-against-average, .908 save percentage and three shutouts in 66 games. He was traded to the Arizona Coyotes in November 1999.
