NBA Sets 2020-21 Season

The National Basketball Association has set the dates for the 2020-21 season. It will be the 75th season in league history for the NBA.
The regular season will be comprised of 72 games for each club. They will play each team in their conference three times and each team in the opposite conference twice. The Miami Heat will therefore face each Eastern Conference club on three occasions. The Heat will take on each Western Conference team two times with one game at home and one game on the road.
The preseason will run from December 11 to December 19. The first half of the NBA regular season will go from December 22 to March 4. The league will have a short break from March 5 to March 10. The second half of the regular season will happen from March 11 to May 16.
A play-in tournament, just like last season, will be set up from May 18 to May 21. The NBA Playoffs will go from May 22 until the last possible day which is July 22.
