The Fort Lauderdale Strikers played the newest NASL franchise Rayo OKC and beat them 2-1 on Saturday night in Oklahoma. The Strikers won their second straight game on the road and have not lost in their last three games.
Fort Lauderdale(2-3-2) kept the pace in the first half and took a 1-0 lead in the 33rd minute as Jose Angulo scored for them.
Rayo OKC(2-2-3) tied the contest during the 62nd minute when Michel put in a penalty kick. The Strikers regained the lead 2-1 on a direct kick by Ramon Nunez in the 70th minute.
