Chris Kokell announced on ESPN West Palm 106.3 WUUB-FM that he has stepped down as the head coach of the Olympic Heights Lions. He held that position for the past two seasons.
Kokell has worked as an evening co-host alongside Joe Colella since January on ESPN West Palm. He has been a weekend co-host on that station for several years.
He did work as a television game analyst on high school football games in 2014 with Alex Kushel on WTVX-TV Channel 34 in West Palm Beach. Kokell announced the 2014 FHSAA Class 3A state championship game in Orlando with Ken LaVicka on WUUB-FM.
