Dan Sileo has left KWFN-FM in San Diego as their morning host. He became a Saturday afternoon host on WEEI-FM in Boston back in early April. He had been at KWFN-FM and on their previous call letters KEGY-FM since March 2018 hosting the morning shift.
Sileo had several stints in the state of Florida prior to his arrival in California. He was a late morning host on WFXJ-AM in Jacksonville. Sileo moved to Orlando and hosted morning programs on WQTM-AM, WFLF-AM and WYGM-AM. He then had a long reign as a morning host on WDAE-AM in Tampa.
He landed in South Florida as an afternoon host on Sports Radio 560 WQAM-AM in April 2012. Sileo added duties as a postgame football studio analyst for the University of Miami Hurricanes Radio Network during the 2012 season and he was later shifted to the midday shift. He did handle middays on 640 Sports WMEN-AM for several months in late 2013.
Sileo moved on to XEPRS-AM in San Diego. He worked as a morning host there from February 2014 until December 2017. Sileo was also the pregame studio host of the San Diego Padres Radio Network for the 2015 season.
