Colin Cowherd was promoted to middays on Miami Sports 940 WINZ-AM last week. He took over for Rich Eisen in that time slot on that station on April 6. Former 560 WQAM-AM and Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM talent Joy Taylor works as a sports anchor and on-air sidekick on The Herd program with Colin Cowherd.
Cowherd will no longer be heard on tape delay during afternoon drive at WINZ. He has been plugged in that position since April 2016.
WINZ will shift The Greek and his two-hour program to start one hour later at 3PM as of April 13. Brandon Kravitz and Zac Blobner will have their syndicated show Sunshine State Showdown piped in from WYGM-FM in Orlando and WDAE-FM in Tampa for one hour beginning at 5 PM.
