The Miami Dolphins selected University of Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa with the fifth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft on Thursday night. The third-day event was to be held in Las Vegas, however it was moved a virtual circumstance due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Tagovailoa played for three seasons with the Crimson Tide. He replaced Jalen Hurts at the start of the second half of the 2017 CFP National Championship game. Tagovailoa pulled off an incredible comeback with a touchdown pass in overtime to win the title.
