Clippers Hang On Against Heat

     The Los Angeles Clippers fended off the Miami Heat 125-118 at Staples Center on Monday night. The Heat will remain in California for the next five days with road games against the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings and Los Angeles Lakers. 
     Miami(11-16) started ahead 35-33 after one quarter, however Los Angeles(21-8) responded and led 67-62 at halftime. The Clippers had a slight 92-91 lead at the end of three quarters. Los Angeles had a 25-14 spurt to begin the fourth quarter. The Heat cut it down to 117-111 with 1:52 remaining.
     Jimmy Butler picked up his second triple-double of the season with 30 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds for Miami. He had a triple-double earlier on the road trip at Houston. Bam Adebayo created a double-double with 27 points and 12 rebounds. Tyler Herro was able to score 27 points and Duncan Robinson added 13. 
     The Clippers were led by Marcus Morris Sr. with 32 points. Lou Williams contributed a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds. Ivica Zubac dropped in 22 points while Terance Mann and Amir Coffey both had 15 points each.
