The Miami Heat held on to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves 115-113 on Monday night at Target Center. The Heat extended their winning streak to 11 games. It is their longest win streak since they won 27 straight in 2012-13.
Goran Dragic led Miami(22-30) with 33 points and nine assists in the contest. The Heat moved out to a 40-33 lead after one quarter and had a 14-point margin of 71-57 at halftime. Minnesota(19-33) fought their way back during the second half and were down 93-88 after three quarters. The Heat held off the Timberwolves in the last minute of the game.
