The Miami Heat barely beat the Utah Jazz 102-100 on Sunday night at American Airlines Arena. The Heat won their second straight contest.
The first quarter belonged to Utah(11-13) as they pulled ahead 35-27. The Heat then went on a 28-10 run ane trailed by just two points 55-53 at halftime. Miami(9-13) took over in the second half and were up 80-77 after three quarters.
Hassan Whiteside compiled a monster double-double with 23 points and 20 rebounds for the Heat. Dwyane Wade had 15 points and eight assists while Josh Richardson along with Kelly Olynyk both contributed 16 points each. Ricky Rubio put in a team-high 23 points for the Jazz.
