Timberwolves Race Over Heat

     The Minnesota Timberwolves dropped the Miami Heat 113-104 at American Airlines Arena on Sunday night. It was the final game of the year for the Heat. They finished off 2018 winning six of their last eight games.
     Minnesota(17-19) breezed out to a 30-19 lead after one quarter and held a slight margin of 55-54 by halftime. Miami(17-18) trailed 86-77 after three quarters and could not take the lead during the fourth as the Timberwolves had a 17-6 spurt.
     Dwyane Wade led the Heat with a team-high 21 points while Josh Richardson added 17 points. Karl-Anthony Towns had game-high amounts with 34 points, 19 rebounds and seven assists for Minnesota.
