Florida Panthers Games Not On Bally Sports Florida

Florida Panthers postseason games will not be televised on Bally Sports Florida for the remainder of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The new United States television rightsholders and their stations ESPN, ESPN2. TNT and TBS have the exclusive television rights of National Hockey League game broadcasts from the second round of the postseason to the Stanley Cup Final. The seven-year deal began between them and the NHL prior to the start of the 2021-22 season.
Bally Sports Florida is expected to have a live postgame show following all Florida Panthers playoff games for the rest of the postseason. Their sister regional sports network Bally Sports Sun and its previous brand Fox Sports Sun has a similar deal with Miami Heat playoff game broadcasts starting in the second round of the NBA Playoffs.
The Panthers broadcasters which include play-by-play announcer Steve Goldstein, game analyst Randy Moller, studio host Craig Minervini, studio host Jessica Blaylock, sideline reporter Katie Gaus, studio analyst Ed Jovanovski and studio analyst Jeff Chychrun are expected to be a part of the Panthers postgame shows following the national broadcasts of the Florida Panthers. There will only be postgame programs because Bally Sports Florida has a commitment to broadcast Miami Marlins games and Bally Sports Sun airs Tampa Bay Rays games.
