Marlins Top Braves At Fort Bragg

The Miami Marlins were able to defeat the Atlanta Braves 5-2 at Fort Bragg Military Base outside of Fayetteville, North Carolina on Sunday night. It was the first time that any American major professional sports league had played a regular season game at a United States military facility.
Adam Conley was credited with the win for Miami(43-39) as he pitched six scoreless innings and allowed four hits. J.T. Realmuto smashed a solo home run in the top of the ninth to give the Marlins a five-run cushion. Atlanta(28-54) broke the shutout with two runs in the bottom of the frame.
