Strikers Moving From Lockhart Stadium

The Fort Lauderdale Strikers announced on Tuesday that the team will be moving from Lockhart Stadium at the end of the month to Central Broward Stadium. The franchise has played their home games at Lockhart Stadium off Commercial Boulevard in several different leagues since 1977. The final game ever held there will be on July 30 against Jacksonville Armada FC.
Central Broward Stadium is on the northeast corner of Sunrise Boulevard and State Road 7 in Lauderhill. The Strikers will play their first home game at the new facility on August 20 when they take on Ottawa Fury FC.
