The program premiered on ESPN television in September 2011 and eventually shifted to a late afternoon slot at ESPN. Highly Questionable was downgraded to just 20 minutes on May 11 from 4:20PM to 4:40PM. The show was expanded back to 30 minutes at 4:30PM several weeks ago.
Le Batard has co-hosted a radio program with Stugotz on ESPN Radio since September 2013. They both launched a show together on Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM in August 2004 and it lasted on that station until August 2019.
