Miami Heat Announcers Remaining Home

The Miami Heat broadcasting announcers will not be heading to Orlando later this month for the remainder of the 2019-20 NBA regular season and the NBA Playoffs. It is similar to the position Major League Baseball took for the upcoming 2020 regular season back in June where team broadcasters would not travel with their teams to road games.
Sun Sports will telecasts any games that are not exclusively covered by a national television organization. Heat television personnel that includes play-by-play announcer Eric Reid, game analyst John Crotty, sideline reporter/studio host Jason Jackson, studio host Will Manso and studio analyst Ron Rothstein are likely to broadcast contests from either Fox Sports Florida studios in Fort Lauderdale or at American Airlines Arena in Miami.
Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM will broadcast the remaining eight Miami Heat games of the regular season and all postseason games they participate in. The broadcast crew includes play-by-play announcer Mike Inglis, game analyst Ruth Riley Hunter, studio host Tommy Tighe and studio host Jonathan Zaslow.
