Andrew Brunette Nashville Predators Head Coach

Andrew Brunette has been named the new head coach of the Nashville Predators. He once played with that organization during the 1998-99 NHL season and scored the first goal in Predators franchise history.
He became the interim head coach of the Florida Panthers in the early part of the 2021-22 season after the club fired head coach Joel Quenneville. Brunette had a 51-18-6 record in his short stint with the team. He guided the Panthers to the Atlantic Division title and the Presidents' Trophy with the most regular season points. He helped Florida become victorious in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the Washington Capitals for their first postseason series win since the 1995-96 season.
