The Marlins tied the contest 2-2 in the fourth inning. Stallings grounded into a force out and Bryan De La Cruz scored.
In the sixth inning, the Rockies regained the lead 3-2. Diaz cracked a solo home run to left-center field for his fourth homer of the season.
It became 5--2 for Colorado in the bottom of the seventh. Profar powered a double into right field for Brenton Doyle and Ezequiel Tovar to reach home.
