Xzavier Henderson Signs With Commanders

     Former Columbus Explorers wide receiver and defensive back Xzavier Henderson has signed a contract with the Washington Commanders. He was an unrestricted free agent and was not selected in the 2023 NFL Draft last week. 

     Henderson won the FHSAA Class 8A state championship with Columbus in 2020 and helped the high school win their first state title. He later played college football as a wide receiver with the University Florida Gators and defensive back with the Michigan State University Spartans.
