The Florida Panthers received defenseman Emil Djuse from the Dallas Stars for a 2020 sixth-round draft pick. The selection originally belonged to the Buffalo Sabres.
Djuse is in his first season playing in North America. He appeared in 48 games with the Dallas Stars of the American Hockey League this season and compiled four goals and 25 assists. Djuse will report to the Panthers AHL affiliate in Springfield.
